Cancellation Policy

Our sessions start at the time listed promptly so please ensure you arrive around 20 minutes early to get yourself equipped and booked in. Age limits: You must be 10 years old or older to play. Under 16 years olds a parent or guardian must be present during your booking (a viewing area is available) If you are 16-17 years old you will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver for you, but they do not need to remain with you. If you are over 18 we require you to sign a waiver once every 12 months. Waivers can be signed in advance of your session via the link at the bottom of our bookings page, or through the info tab in the menu, then go to waivers. If you have any queries please contact our team directly. Please note that you cannot cancel within 24 hours of your booking date and time. Only one booking per account is allowed with up to 5 participants.
