Team building has been a buzz word for companies for a while now, but what is on offer that really works?
The military has been the epitome of team building since its conception over a millennia ago. Airsoft provides an example of military combat in a controlled environment. Groups will need to develop leaderships skills, strategy, out of the box thinking, camaraderie and more to succeed.
Airsoft provides a great intermediary to the military combat experience. CQB or Close Quarters Battle provides the urban environment in an indoor facility. With a maze of corridors and rooms to negotiate you will need to strategies key points.
Our airsoft sessions run for 3 hours and have a range of different games types and objectives for your groups to achieve.
With a strong leader and team work an airsoft group can dominate the battlefield, but a team fighting individual battles without each other will quickly fall. For those looking at more continuous airsoft programme of team building, you can join our indoor airsoft teams league. League games will be available at subsidised rates and your company will be listed on our website in the indoor airsoft league teams page as the name and badge for your team will also be displayed.
Come along to our weekly sessions or if you have a larger group you might consider private hire. Our private hire allows you to have the place to yourselves, and within certain restrictions, we run the game the way you want us to. Your rules and game types can be played.
Age Limits:
You must be 10 years old or older to play - if you want to top your group up with family members.
Under 16 years olds a parent or guardian must be present during your booking (a viewing area is available)
If you are 16-17 years old you will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver for you, but they do not need to remain with you.
